A man residing in Sacramento is being sentenced to three years in jail for the theft of a bicycle. However, this is no ordinary bicycle. The bike this man stole was that of the most famous cyclist in the world, Lance Armstrong. This is ridiculous seeing as Donte Stallworth got a mere thirty days for killing a man while driving drunk.
